but in order for our human minds to fully comprehend,

 alloya  will use a twelve dimensional model.

As you probably are aware, our everyday awareness is in the third dimension.
You also experience yourself regularly on the fourth dimension - the place of dreams. 

You, as you dream self , you as your fourth dimensional self moves out of the confines of the physical body
and explores your subconscious in the realm of the fourth dimension.

On every dimension you have a body in which to travel.

On the third you have your physical body on the fourth dimension
You have a body that is .... your  dream body .
